A 7th Member to the Board of Trustees Is Required

Our newly elected board of Trustees are looking for a volunteer that is interested in becoming the 7th trustee on the Board. Our Declaration of Trust requires that the 6 present member of the board appoint the final open position, after 30 days from our June 4th election.

Anyone who is interested, please respond before June 30. Send the Board of Trustees your name, address, and a short resume or biography by filling out the attached candidate form and submitting it to this email address trustees@abvillage.org, or deliver it to any member of the Board of Trustees.

All interested persons who submit resumes will be considered. The Board will conduct interviews with each candidate and a vote of the Trustees will complete the process.

We must have a 7th member, as voted on by the ABV owners at the annual meeting in April. If you have considered serving Angell Brook Village, please submit your name and information to us soon.

According to the Declaration of Trust, if we do not select an appointee for the open position, a judge or the town planning board can appoint the 7^th Trustee. We obviously do not want that to happen.
