Coyotes and Other Critters

With the influx of critters into ABV, we offer you some these recommendations:

• Do not approach them, they may look friendly, but they are wild animals.

• Do not put food/water out on your porch for your or any other animal, this only encourages them to come closer and is against the condo regulations.

• Keep your garage door closed as much as possible, you never know what might wander in looking for food

• While walking a pet keep it on a short lease.

• Do not leave a pet leased outside, even if you are nearby.

• While walking carry a whistle and/or a walking stick, if you see a coyote make noise to scare them away.
