First Board of Trustees Meeting Highlights 6/5/14

• Until the end of July the Board will be meeting every Monday at 6:30pm at the Clubhouse.

• Elected Officers are:

  • Secretary - Carl Barstow

  • Treasurer - Dennis Fitzpatrick

  • Chairperson - Phil Mallet

  • Vice Chairperson - Bob Morgan

• Dennis Fitzpatrick will attend meeting with WRT, Walter Brown, and our Accountant Mark Love on June 11th.

• Board of Trustee Code of Conduct/Ethics was distributed to Board by Linda W. and Carl B. to be discussed at a future meeting.

• A draft list of Board member task items is being formulated.

• Next meeting is June 11th due to a conflict.

• Election results will be sent to the community.

• Board of Trustees have a new email account, it is trustees@abvillage.org Please replace the angellbrookab@gmail.com with this new account in your address book.
