Landscaping

posted May 14, 2010, 4:20 AM by William Brooks
Landscaping changes are taking place to the entrance of Angell Brooke Village to enhance it’s  appearance.  Many of the original plantings were struggling to survive due to the lack of water and other environmental issues. Mike Staiti was approached with a design plan which he approved.  It involves grassing in much of the mulched area on Angel Brook Drive and repositioning existing plants and shrubs.

The entrance on Shrewsbury Street is also being redone and some new shrubs will be added along with some of the perennials that were in the original design.  Mike has offered to supply the cost of hydroseeding and any labor involved with the project.  Any additional shrubs that need to be purchased will be the responsibility of the Condo Association.
