Second ABV Milestone

The Angell Brook Village Condominium Trust, Board of Trustees, is pleased to announce that we have completed the interview and selection process for our new Management Company.

We have selected Evergreen Management Inc., with corporate offices in Bedford, NH and a regional office in Andover, MA.

They have a long resume of managing “55 Plus” communities throughout New England. The interview process was thorough and we all feel that we have selected the company that best suits our overall needs.

Some of the reasons that we selected Evergreen include: they have 29 years of experience managing more than 100 Condo Communities with over 8000 units; we received outstanding input from references; they provide training for Trustees and owners, at both CAI sponsored events and special events for their own customers; they are financially sound, and they were the lowest cost for their services.

The Management Company Search Committee, led by Bob Mercier, and comprised of Phil Mallet, Dennis Fitzpatrick, Sharyn and Bob Beauregard, Barbara Vogel, Barbara Zappone, Patty Calce, and Bud Brooks, did a thorough job of researching 13 companies and narrowing down our choices to the best three. The Board of Trustees appreciates their hard work, and commends them all for a job well done.

Evergreen Management Inc. will take over this fall, tentatively October first.  We will keep you updated as the actual start date approaches.

As a reminder to all, monthly condo fees and any requests for maintenance must continue to be sent to Christine at WRT in the Marlboro office, until you are notified of the official start date for the new management company.
